Who is this membership for?
Students
It can be so helpful to get exposure outside of the classroom. We welcome NP students or individuals looking to go to NP school to join our group and hear about “real world” cases.
New Grad NPs
Being a new grad NP can be very lonely and scary honestly and not all work places have support built in for questions. This is the perfect support for new grad NPs facing challenging patient cases.
Experienced NPs
Some of our members join because they own a private practice and know if can be lonely without an office of co-workers. Others face challenging cases that will even puzzle the most experienced clinician. Others join to learn more about specialized areas like child and adolescent or integrative psychiatry. Regardless of your reason, you are welcome.
Note that this is open to NPs of any specialty, not just PMHNPs. We know that other specialties at time help manage mental health conditions and may need support!

PMHNP in an outpatient setting
“Alysha is a phenomenal teacher and mentor. When I am talking to her I know I am speaking to an expert. Her extensive knowledge on psychopharmacology and up to date algorithms for best practice allows me to to work as a new graduate PMHNP with ease. I know that I am never judged. As I grow, I hope to work with Alysha for complex patient consultations. I know that with her guidance I am providing my patients with safe, high quality care and that my documentation would hold up in court if needed. Alysha supports me in that I don’t feel so alone in my new role and I can be the confident, caring provider my patients need.”
